How is commission calculated?
It's a percentage of each ticket's price, deducted automatically before your earnings are paid out. You only pay it on tickets you actually sell.
Is the UGX 100,000 partner fee a one-time payment?
Yes — pay it once to become a recurring partner, and it's never charged again, no matter how many events you list. It unlocks the lower 8% commission and priority support.
When and how do I get paid?
Your dashboard tracks your balance in real time, and payouts go straight to your MTN or Airtel mobile money.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Start with one-time listings, and when you're selling regularly, talk to us and we'll move you onto the recurring plan.
What can buyers pay with?
Mobile money (MTN and Airtel) and cards. Every price is shown all-in, in Ugandan shillings.
