Still deciding? Talk to our team
- How is commission calculated?
- It's a percentage of each ticket's price, deducted automatically before your earnings are paid out. You only pay it on tickets you actually sell.
- Is the UGX 100,000 partner fee a one-time payment?
- Yes — pay it once to become a recurring partner, and it's never charged again, no matter how many events you list. It unlocks the lower 8% commission and priority support.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Your dashboard tracks your balance in real time, and payouts go straight to your MTN or Airtel mobile money.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes. Start with one-time listings, and when you're selling regularly, talk to us and we'll move you onto the recurring plan.
- What can buyers pay with?
- Mobile money (MTN and Airtel) and cards. Every price is shown all-in, in Ugandan shillings.
